Land and house lease agreement (with loan)

Simple 30 year land and house lease agreement, drafted in combination with a loan agreement. The borrower in the loan agreement is the lessor in the lease agreement. Payment of yearly rent is equal (and set off) against payment of interest and repayment of the loan.
