Land lease agreement

As foreigners cannot own land a long term land lease is often used by foreign nationals to obtain an interest in land in Thailand. This is a sample of a land lease agreement with the maximum lease term and all options (English language only) and a prepaid rental price. Registration with the Land Department required.
