Apartment rental agreement

Periodic residential lease or rental agreement between the landlord (lessor) and tenant (renter) for a month-to-month or annual lease of a furnished apartment unit in a condominium in Thailand. This is for the lease of a condominium apartment unit with a lease or rental term not exceeding 3 years at the time. Any lease term with a fixed term exceeding 3 years must be registered with the Land Department.
