This is a standard 2 page vehicle sale and purchase contract in Thai and English, in which the owner agrees to sell the car and the buyer agrees to purchase the car for a certain price on a certain date and under certain conditions and warranties of the seller (like who pays the expenses related to the transfer and registration).
