Land usufruct contract (Th-En)

Land usufruct agreement with clauses allowing to manage and improve the land with a building structure (building on land under usufruct). This structure includes a loan agreement with a Thai national for the purchase of the land. Includes set off clauses, interest of loan will be set-off as yearly consideration for the right of usufruct.
