Formal gounds for divorce, in case you have to go to court for a divorce, are listed in section 1516 of the Civil and Commercial Code. A mutual consent divorce , when both husband and wife agree to divorce and on the terms of the divorce, requires a local Amphur divorce procedure in which no formal ground for divorce is required, only mutual consent.
