What is the legal procedure when (foreigner) buying property in Thailand?

First , as a foreigner you should be aware of foreign ownership limitations. Secondly the land title deed or in case of an apartment the condominium title deed, Third, the sale and purchase agreement. or if you lease the lease agreement.
